There is only breeding for sale for each stallion. The breeding fee will be sold to the mare owner whose CHECK IS RECEIVED FIRST in the mail. In the event there are two checks received for the same stallion on the same day, the earlier postmark will receive the breeding. If postmarked on the same date, the higher amount will earn the breeding. However, if they are the same amount, then a phone call auctioning the fee between the two parties will be made with the last bidder receiving the service.
Any bids received before the start of sale date will be treated as postmarked on the day the sale begins for that stallion.
If no specific start date is listed by the name of the stallion, a March 20th, 2008 date is assumed.
All bids must be for at least the minimum amount listed above.
Carrying out of the breeding contract is the responsibility of the bidder and the stallion owner.
